Why Do You Feel Lonely? (The Spiritual Truth)

I will go directly to the answer. This is about my experience, and if you feel it is right for you, it is because you are ready to hear this.

You feel lonely because we are in a cycle of life where souls are being called to get ready to go back home and prepare for the New World. In essence, we are peaceful and powerful souls. But we have fallen into a "body-conscious" mindset.

The Body-Conscious Trap

To be body-conscious means to think and feel that we are only the body. Since childhood, we have been programmed to obey, to follow, and to stay quiet when we wanted to express ourselves. Maybe, in some way, it had a positive purpose—to put order into chaos—but you, me, us—SOULS—we didn’t come to this life to follow others. This is not natural for us. We came here to lead a positive change.

The Personal Nature of Spiritual Work

This message is only for you—the one who is already working on yourself, looking for answers, and ready to let go of the "old you."

Why do we feel lonely? Because this is spiritual work, and it is personal.

You have heard it many times: "Forget about the others, work on yourself." This is true, and this process may feel lonely sometimes. But I want to tell you that we are together in this.

The Call to Awaken

Awakening is simply understanding that we are peaceful and powerful souls incarnated in a body. Our mind and body are our best friends in this journey. We are more sensible than others because we came here to understand life and all living things. Our intuition has always been our compass, but we have been told we are wrong for so long that we lost our power.

Loneliness as an Opportunity

Loneliness is a great opportunity to work on yourself. It is a time to:

  1. Learn deeply who you are and why you came here.

  2. Find your divine gifts, talents, and passions.

  3. Reconnect with REAL LOVE—the energy that connects all living beings.

  4. Forgive your parents, let go of old resentments, and become an adult.

  5. Heal emotional wounds and transform limiting beliefs.

To do this, we need quality time, a quiet environment, and guidance. There are no excuses to stay the same and keep suffering.

A Journey of Self-Discovery

It doesn’t matter how old you are; age is just at the body level. Your soul is eternal. It doesn’t matter how much money you have or which religion you follow; real spiritual growth has no religion.

This journey is about remembering:

Who we are, where we come from, and to whom we belong.

The Supreme Father, Supreme Love—the Source.

That all suffering and pain is temporary.

That we are part of the creation of a beautiful life—the New World.

This is to be Soul Conscious.
